TERMS & CONDITIONS

Estimates

All estimates are based on a surface inspection and are subject to change as we begin to take apart your project. We will report to you our findings throughout each project and not proceed until we have obtained your authorisation to do so.

Parts

We will endeavour to source parts for your project from our standard approved suppliers. However due to the age of the vehicles this is not always possible. This process does take time in researching, sourcing suppliers, compiling parts lists and placing orders. You will be charged a reduced administrative hourly rate for this process. Should you wish to provide your own parts then we will be happy to use them.

Labour

All labour is charged and billed per hour (or part hour). At the end of each billing cycle you will receive a job sheet detailing the work that has been completed and the time that it has taken to complete.

Payment

All invoices are for immediate payment. If/when we order parts for your project we will send you an invoice for the same. This is for immediate payment. In general we will invoice you weekly and will provide as much detail as to what work has been completed for each hour billed. This invoice is for immediate payment.

In any case we will not release your vehicle to you until full payment has been received.

If immediate payment is not received we will charge you storage at £100 per week or part thereof until payment is received. We reserve the right to place a general lien on your vehicle should there be further delays in payment. This will eventually result in the vehicle being placed into auction with us deducting what is owed, plus fees, prior to forwarding you the balance. We trust that this would never be required.

General

Your vehicle is valuable, both to yourself and us. Care must be exercised in daily maintenance and we will endeavour to advise you where possible on best practices. But your vehicle is your responsibility. We cannot be held responsible for issues that may arise after you have collected your vehicle.
